Day 1 - Monday

Day 2 - Tuesday

09.30-10.30 „Aims of the project” – presentation; Fears and Expectations chart
10.30-11.30 Citizenship chart – interactive activity: participants state what they think citizenship is
11.30-12.00 Coffee break
12.00-13.00 Dividing through games the participants into 5 international teams
13.00-14.30 Lunch
14.30-16.00 Citizenship v. European Citizenship – interactive presentation of what citizenship is; confrontation of the expectations about citizenship of the participants with the classical theories; an introduction to active citizenship
16.00-17.00 Workshop „Citizen D” I (D from DEVELOP) – each of the five groups will create the profile of the ideal European citizen , 17.00-17.30 Workshop „Citizen D” II – the teams will present their profile and they will create one ideal profile of the European citizen
17.30-19.00 Workshop on Volunteering - Why is volunteering a great choice to be an active citizen? Interactive: participants find answers to this question and write them down
19.00-20.00 Dinner
20.00-21.00 Evaluation
21.30 – International Night – Traditions!

Day 3 - Wensday
08.30-09.30 Breakfast
09.30-10.30 European Union citizenship and the newest right it provides: citizens’ initiative. Interactive presentation
10.30-12.00 Workshop „Initiative D”: the five groups work separately in order to find an idea for a citizens’ initiative
12.00-13.00 Each group presents its idea
13.00-14.30 Lunch
14.30-15.30 Participants decide together which idea of an initiative they will promote. They will debate and they will have to reach a consensus
15.30-16.30 Youth in Action presentation; Q&A section 16.30-17.30 EVS presentation; Q&A section
17.30-19.00 The five groups will start drafting the volunteering part of the DEVELOP brochure. Each group will write pointers about different sides of volunteering, after comparing the results of the Workshop on Volunteering with the information they received today
19.00-20.00 Dinner
20.00-21.00 Evaluation
21.30 International Night – Stereotypes!

Day 4 - Thursday
08.30-09.30 Breakfast
09.30-11.00 Workshop „Initiative D” - putting together the main ideas of the citizens’ initiative; working in 5 groups - each group has to come up with 3 articles
11.00-11.30 Coffee break
11.30-12.30 Workshop „Volunteer D” - finalizing the part of the brochure promoting volunteering; each group will put together their drafts
12.30-13.00 Operation Flashmob begins! Preliminary discussion about what is a flashmob and how the DEVELOP Flashmob should be organized
13.00-14.30 Lunch
14.30-19.00 City game - History Hunter> reorganizing 5 groups - each will receive a map with important historical objectives; they will have to find all the objectives and „shoot” them with the camera. The final point on the list will be the main plaza, in which they will have to organize the flashmob
19.00-20.00 Dinner
20.00-21.00 Evaluation
21.00-22.00 Presentation of the results of the city game

Day 5 - Friday

09.30-11.00 Workshop: Operation Flashmob
11.00-13.00 Workshop: Putting together the Brochure (the volunteering part, the ideal citizen and active citizenship part and the initiative idea) and multipling it
13.00-14.30 Lunch
15.00-17.00 Debate - meeting with local NGOs and students - presenting them the brochure and debating with them its main themes: active citizenship and volunteering
17.00-19.00 Workshop: Operation Flashmob!
19.00-20.00 Dinner
20.00-21.00 Evaluation
21.00 Party – Mask Ball

Day 6 - Saturday

09.30 - 11.00 Meeting with local authorities - presenting the brochure, debating its main themes
11.00-13.00 Workshop Operation Flashmob - final reharsal
13.00-14.30 Lunch
14.30 - 16.30 OPERATION FLASHMOB
16.30 - 18.00 Moving Forward - working in international groups to elaborate a strategy to promote online the initiative
18.00 - 19.00 Presentation - each group presents its ideas of promoting the iniative
19.00-20.00 Dinner
20.00-21.00 Evaluation of the Flashmob
21.30 DEVELOP Gala - Students’ evening
Day 7 - Sunday

10.00- 13.00 YiA Open Cafe - thinking of new projects
13.00-14.30 Lunch
14.30 – 16.30 – Stepping forward in replication – Dissemination and multiplication plan – sructuring together the dissemiantion and multiplication plan – committments and planning
16.30 – 18.00 – First evaluation session – What I’m gonna have in my suitcaise?!... Learning achivements
18.00 – 19.00 – Youthpass – presenting the certificate and its objectives – what do you want to have in your youthpass?
19.00-20.00 Dinner
21.00 – Farewell party
